JOB DESCRIPTION

Identify new sales leads

Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers

Research organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

Research the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives

Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

Develop quotes and proposals

Negotiate and re-negotiate by phone, email, and in person

Develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met

Train personnel and help team members develop their skills

 

REQUIREMENTS

Age between 27 – 35 years old

Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Studies, Marketing or Advertising/Media

At least 4 years experience in the related field and 2 years in Coordinator/Ast Manager/Manager level

Excellent verbal and written communication skill using bahasa or english

Good computer skills in using MS Office, Gmail and Skype

Good analytical abilities in searching new potential leads and market

Having experiences in creating marketing & sales plan, and participating in national / international related event or conference

Good knowledge in Digital Marketing and Digital Tracking

Have knowledge or experience working in video game industry (or creative industry)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the gaming community, engage with players and come up with retention programs to improve overall player experience and minimize churn rate

Generate player acquisition programs to continuously expand our player base across all territories

Identify and report trends in usage and advises on potential opportunities. Be innovative to come up with business ideas to help expand the community effectively

Administer our official social networking sites covering moderation, community engagement, management and providing support to our players on our social media channels.

Provide presence and seed content into social applications as needed

Establish and maintain standards for the development of web content that the community is most interested in viewing

Monitor and analyze player behavior in our social media channels

Produce comprehensive report based on metrics from the game, social media, and from feedbacks gathered from the community

Work with marketing team, to coordinate community postings as appropriate across the organization’s other digital channels

Alert appropriate internal teams as issues arise and work with them to resolve issues

Participate in offline events if needed
